Kemichal S.r.l obtained in 2001 the  System Quality Certification  in conformity with the international norm UNI EN ISO  9001.
The Quality Management System, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001, is aimed at improving the business organization: detects and describes the working methods of the company and the existing checks, provides the structuring capabilities, the management of its resources and production processes in order to recognize and meet the needs of its customers. The Quality System is certified by a qualified external agency with annual inspection.

Kemichal S.r.l. holds a fire resistance certificate for its fireproof coating issued by the Istituto Giordano Italy, in accordance with the UNI EN 13501-1:2019 standard, with classification B - s1, d0.

The multicolor system consists of: OCV869RF transparent converter, OCV869BRF white converter, FPV849BRF white primer for fireproof-MDF, with corresponding catalysts, and PCS series pigments.

Able of producing all the colors available in the KCS 4.0 tintometric system, the available gloss levels range from 10 to 50 gloss, as indicated in the technical data sheet. 

Kemichal's fireproof system effectively slows the spread of fire, creating a barrier against the flame and reducing combustion and subsequent charring of the wood.

In addition to fire resistance, fireproof coating also guarantees a high-quality aesthetic value to the product.
